Flyhjælp is an ambitious and dynamic company located in the beautiful Edison House premises near Kløvermarken in Copenhagen, close to the Lergravsparken metro station. The company employs about 50 staff members from all the Nordic countries, who help secure financial compensation for air passengers who have experienced delays, cancellations, and denied boardings.
As a Team Lead in Flyhjælp's Operations department, you will be part of a fantastic workplace consisting of a young and dynamic team that has been named No. 2 on Børsen's Gazelle list in 2020. You’ll be learning about all aspects of air passengers' rights law and take part in exciting and sometimes tech heavy projects.
The team consists of 7 case workers whom you’ll work closely with to ensure high quality of cases and assessments made in the Danish PoJ. The Case Workers in the team are a mix of part-time and full-time employees.
